Processing time
All orders are hand-packed in our studio in Queens, NY and ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Free shipping
Orders of $55 or more ship free anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Standard shipping
Orders under $55 ship via USPS for a flat rate of $5.95.

Estimated delivery
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary during holidays and peak periods.

Gift packaging
Every order ships gift-ready — carefully wrapped with a plantable seed paper card and a handwritten note. No additional packaging needed.

International shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States. We're working on it.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our candles and body care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened items.

Damaged or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong item received
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we'll send the correct item at no additional cost.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
